Common free-entry formats

Operators may use daily promotional claims, social-media giveaways, account actions, mailed requests, or another alternative method of entry. A brand can use more than one format at the same time.

The number of promotional entries, account limit, and delivery time can differ by method. Compare the current wording rather than assuming a mailed request always produces the same result.

Why exact instructions matter

Mail-in rules can specify handwriting, page size, wording, a unique code, return address, envelope dimensions, or a request limit. Omitting one required detail can make an entry ineligible.

Do not buy copied request cards, scripts, or automated services. Use the operator's own instructions and submit only information that is accurate and belongs to your account.

How to verify the rule version

Open the rules from the live site footer, note the effective date, and confirm that the operator name and domain match. If a PDF is used, make sure it is the newest version linked by the operator.

Save a personal copy only for reference. Reopen the live rules before sending a later request because addresses and formats can change.

What free entry does not guarantee

Free entry does not guarantee a prize, continued access, or eligibility in an excluded location. Verification, play conditions, account limits, and redemption rules still apply.
